CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We are committed to 100% satisfaction including the quality of the products and the presentation and the delivery of the basket. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the gift collection or if it was damaged in transit we will replace it. Under unusual circumstances, a partial refund or credit may be an option. Notification via phone or email of problems must occur within three (3) days after delivery. SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to substitute brands or items of equal or greater value should a gift basket product be discontinued or become unavailable. Every attempt will be made to duplicate the gift package presentation as it appears in the photo on this site but due to suppliers’ inventory changes we reserve the right to substitute a different basket, bow and/or ribbon. Each gift collection will include a list of included products; we will not be held responsible for products that are added by the purchaser.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Shipped Items: You can place an order for one of our featured designs or products using our online store. The order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Local Delivery Option: If you would like the gift basket to be hand-delivered in the Columbia Gorge region, you may choose to call in your order at 509-493-3614. Our online store can process local orders for delivery by selecting the one of the delivery options and providing the DELIVERY ADDRESS in the Shipping Address area.

Prepayment is required on all orders. We accept Visa & Mastercard and Paypal. Business orders can be invoiced.
PAYPAL
We have selected Paypal as our credit card processor. You will be directed to their site to provide payment information. They offer a secure and compliant system; our site does not accept or store credit card information which further protects your payment information.
DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to addresses in the White Salmon and Hood River city limits. There will be a nominal fee for delivery to The Dalles, Stevenson, Goldendale, Trout Lake, and Mt. Hood communities. Occasionally, delivery can be arranged, for a fee, to the Portland/Vancouver metro area. Deliveries are completed Monday-Friday. We do not offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays unless prior arrangements have been made.
Delivery will be made to the address provided; incorrect address information will not be honored as a reason for replacement or refund.
If a gift is to be delivered to a large organization such as a hospital, college, hotel, workplace or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, but must be left at a reception or security area there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. We do not offer any guarantee under these circumstances.
Same day delivery may be an option (dependent upon season and availability) and will incur an additional fee.
SHIPPING
We ship gift basket collections using the following options: FedEx Ground (Home Delivery) and UPS Ground. These shippers do not carry a guaranteed delivery date for this level but estimated arrival can be provided. Express and Next Day are available if requested.
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. During heavy seasonal times (holidays) this policy is subject to change and will be updated on this website. Custom designed baskets with specially sourced products will generally take several weeks before delivery or shipping.

GREEN PACKAGING PRACTICES
We are committed to reusing and recycling our packaging materials used in shipping. This includes peanuts, air pillows, and paper that was used in shipped items to us.
The cellophane used to wrap the gift baskets is made from biodegradable ingredients and can be composted.
CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
We offer a variety of “Decidedly Different” gift basket designs but welcome and thoroughly enjoy designing custom gift collections. We will source out specific product requests, honor desired colors, baskets, rolled basket creations and design a gift collection that is unique to the recipient’s interests.
Planning a corporate retreat or company party? We can design individual or shared baskets that can be enjoyed by individuals or small groups.
Are you a small retail business that would like to offer your own gift baskets featuring your products? We will design and assemble the basket; you provide the products. A great way to promote your products and/or reward your best customers.
